Strategic Vision 2025-2026

Talent Development

Objective: Identify and nurture local talent across all regions of Saudi Arabia.
Initiatives:
Establish regional training centers.
Expand youth and women’s Muaythai programs.
Increase coaching and referee certification courses.

Competitive Excellence

Objective: Strengthen Saudi Arabia’s performance in national, regional, and international competitions.
Initiatives:
Host elite championships such as the Kingdom Championship.
Provide athlete performance monitoring using digital tools.
Implement data-driven training programs.

Infrastructure & Partnerships

Objective: Build partnerships to strengthen the sport’s reach and improve facilities.
Initiatives:
Collaborate with public and private institutions for sports facility development.
Partner with IFMA and the Saudi Olympic Committee for joint programs and events.

Digital Transformation

Objective: Enhance the digital experience for the Muaythai community.

Implement an online athlete registration and certification system.
Launch a mobile app for real-time event updates, notifications, and athlete engagement.

Community Engagement

Develop Muaythai fitness programs for schools and universities.

Strategic Roadmap (2025-2026)

2025 Q1: Launch of a regional talent scouting program across key cities. 
2025 Q2: Expansion of youth and women’s programs and partnerships with schools  
2025 Q3: Pilot digital performance monitoring tools for national athletes to optimize training and competition preparation. 
2025 Q4: Collaborate with educational institutions to introduce Muaythai training classes as part of their sports programs. 

2026 Q1: Host the International Muaythai Training Camp in Riyadh, inviting global experts and athletes. 
2026 Q2: Rollout of the official SMF mobile app for live event coverage, athlete profiles, and interactive features. 
2026 Q3: Organize the largest Kingdom Championship yet, with 500+ athletes from across the Kingdom and neighboring countries. 
2026 Q4: Launch a comprehensive performance report and insights platform for athletes and coaches.
